Usually, it will be about 2-3 weeks, however some delays can happen in the mail, which is out of our control.

If you don't have tracking, and your order still hasn't arrived after a month, it is likely it got lost in the mail. In that case, please contact me on the page on the website or email me [nianhere.business@gmail.com] and I will be happy to send it again!

If your order includes keychains, acrylic stands, or pins, then the shipping will automatically be upgraded to tracking!

Tracking is expensive, and comes out of my own pocket, so if you are only ordering prints, I will get standard shipping. :(

Unfortunately, I can't issue any refunds, however, if the product is faulty- for example, there are tears, I'll be happy to resend another :)
